IDS for android based tablets or phones

hi i am wondering if someone could help me, i want to build an Intrusion Detection System for android based tablets and phones (Just a basic one) preferable host based. i was just wondering if anyone has already built one or knows how to build one to give me some advice on where to start and what the best way to build one would be thanks.
