Android to PC..MSN app... with VIDEO???

Honestly I have been scanning the internet for all of 30minutes trying to find an app that communicates with MSN that also supports video chat too?

Don't want Skype, want to be able to video chat from my tablet with a person who has MSN. Fringo or something apparently doesn't support video anymore.

Does anyone know anything out there?

Or are people still waiting for this like me?
