Default Importing Contacts?

I have a new Arnova 10b G3 Tablet.
Is there anyway to import email address's which you already
have on your pc into the pre installed email programe on this tablet.

Would it be better to uninstall this mail programe and reinstall the Google mail app?

Many thanks for any useful observations

All contacts (email addresses) saved as Google contacts in your Gmail account will automatically be downloaded (synced) into the default contacts app on all your devices (unless, of course, you have sync disabled). No need to have the Gmail app installed for that.

If you have contacts on your PC that are not saved to your Google account, try exporting those as vcf file and import them to your Google contacts, either with the PC or your tablet. Then they will sync to all your devices.

Do you mean:

Import Contacts... We support importing CSV files from Outlook, Outlook Express, Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail, Eudora and some other apps. We also support importing vCard from apps like Apple Address Book.

Please select a CSV or vCard file to upload:
