Phone factory reset doesn't bring me to original state with applications/google play
first I have done research on the net, but no solution.
This is my first Android phone (Samsung Galaxy s3), so during the first switch on, I decided to use some test google account in order to learn and ensure I will not make any damages to my data.
I was asked to update 8 installed by default applications:
Streev View for Google Maps
Samsung WDH Dongle Upgrade
Later I have installed additional ones. Both groups default ones and my ones where visible in My applications in Google Play.
Now I have done factory reset in order to clean everything and use different account.
The problem now is, that default applications are no longer visible in My applications in Play so I cannot update them. When I find them in Play manually there is no install button, just open. I have checked and all of them are in old versions.
What went different during the first switch on (or what is different in factory reset) that phone could find out those installed application by default and put them into Play?
Of course, if I added the test google account, than I could see them in Play, but the test account has been already deleted.
1. make a real factory reset which will bring me to the same state as it was out of box, so default applications will be discovered in Play
2. or let Play know my default installed applications.
