Exclamation Help needed regarding android programming

hello people, i need some advice please on android programming in java. I dont like doing the XML part. Im really just into java.
Cant i just create a JFRAme in java and import it into y android 2.2 phone?
if yes how?
if not, why not ? Why do i have to use XML and html within it?
I want to do some socket prgramming. So please someone tell me how to create an internet application like an web browser/internet browser?
In java only NO html or xml File should be involved. How to obtain Original socket components. Iv heard that they are easly downloadable. however some of my friends have complained about viruses etc.

Socket programming is when you want to communicate using different protocol besides HTTP. Although the web is all about using HTTP, for some niche systems, they don't use HTTP. This is when socket programming came in useful. Think like FTP which is file transfer protocol so it isn't using HTTP for e.g
