I just wanted you to know that we have released a new multimedia application for your Android phones: Jamendo Player.

Jamendo is online music service that distributes the works of the independent artists from across the world under the creative commons license. It means you can listen and download the music for free (you can donate to the artist if you want). It also means there are no "majors" available there but rather artists that you did not hear about on TV, radio or mainstream online services.

Currently there is ~20 000 albums available and the site is still growing.
