Default Flash player 11 vs tablet asus transformet tf300tg

Hi everybody,
my tablet is asus transformer tf300tg
android 4.0.3 cream sandwich

I just receive it as a present, connect today to internet as first time, my first tablet ever than sorry about my beginner questions.
As soon as i connect to internet the tablet prompts me cause no flash player installed, try to install iflash palyer 11 on google play, it say that in my country, Italy, this dload is no longer available so i try to do some reserch. Adobe flash player since August 15th do not support mobile devices anymore, may it is possible dload the player by apk file however no update anymore so can you please explain to me how it works? I found some guide but it referes to android jelly bean, i can't find any specific related to my android 4.0.3 cream sandwich.
How can i dload and install adobe flash player 11? By apk file?
If yes how it works about future apdate must install them manually?
Thank a lot!

I don't think there will be any more future updates.

there wont be any updates, flash is dead, html5 replaces it.
change user agent settings to apple in browser [dolphin hd] to force html5 use.

all flash versions
