Default AIO: Monitor App CPU, RAM and Network usage?

I'm on the hunt for an All-In-One app that does all of this;
  • Monitor and record app CPU usage
  • Monitor and record app RAM usage
  • Monitor and record app Network Usage + IP's connected to and if Google ads, how many different types of ads
  • Freeze apps
  • Uninstall apps
  • Gather data overtime and give useful calculated statistics
  • Allow sorting of app list based on statistics (CPU, RAM and Network)
Asking for a lot. Want to see what apps are using the most CPU, RAM and Network over days. And I want to see what exactly they are doing over the network. Is what I'm after out there, too much or will a developer take on this challenge?

From my experience, it seems like Elixir 2 is the closest thing.

It comes with all kinds of different toggles and status icon, you can customize them as much as you like.

I am not sure if they record app usage though. But still worth to check out.

Thanks Bard. Got it installed and still testing its capability. Certainly many features. I like the fact I can remove system apps with it, but unlike Root App Delete, it doesn't highlight and simplify identification and apk importance to system operation with color coding and descriptions.
While testing, I noticed a bug when selecting English, it flashes screen and locks up, looping I believe. This isn't really a major issue for me as it defaults to English anyway and can be fixed by clearing it's data.
Still, a very fine app that I will continue to explore.
