Default field trip

Has anyone tried out this field trip app?

What do you think? Is it worth installing?

I was wondering about this too. Also, is it a big drain on your battery life?

I just uninstalled this last night. For the following reasons:

1) it takes up a decent amount of resources
2) traveling around my home city is quite boring. I got a message from field trip about a juggling school nearby. So it makes me wonder what the sources and reasons for info actually are

I will reinstall next time I go overseas to a major city. Other than that, no reason.

Not that I've noticed - also it's intelligent enough to stop notifications when battery reaches 30%.

I love anything that has to do with augmented reality. Something like this would excel with Google Glass. I hadn't heard of this but now I want to try it!

Tried with Ingress. Cool tool, but I don't keep it installed all the time.
