Twitter App Removal

My HYC Evo from boost mobile came preinstalled with the wonderful Twitter app personally I'm not a tweeter dont like it and it's taking up usable space any idea's on how to remove it? There has to be a way.

There is: if you root your phone you can remove the Twitter app.
However, if your phone is less than a year old, and you are not sure what you're doing then I don't recommend rooting.

My phone also came with the Twitter and Facebook apps pre-installed. I don't use those either. My phone is not rooted so I just ignore those apps (and a couple others that can't be uninstalled). And yes that's using precious memory space. Unfortunately, shit happens...

it is using app space. it probably uses 1-2mb out of the 1000's of mb of app storage space the phone has. Don't worry about it. If you want, you can disable the app and remove it from the app drawer.
