Full Screen Call Display

Hi, Does anyone here know of a solution for the lack of full-screen call display on the Android (ICS) ?

I've seen a few apps in the store but they duplicate your phonebook and then you assign photos through the app. I'm not looking for an alternative to my current contact list and I don't want an app running in the background.

Is this possible ?

Well, it's about a month and a half later and i'm now on 4.1.1 (JB) yet still no full-screen caller ID. Are there any GOOD solutions out there that anyone can recommend ?

I've used https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.androminigsm.fscifree&hl=en for quite a while. It has text-to-speech too.

Thanks for the feedback. I looked over the user reviews and noticed some glitches. Are there any major issues with this ?
