Default [solved] kies air question
Hi. I'm trying to use Kies Air to connect my Galaxy tab to my Galaxy W phone. They see each other but after the phone reboots I get the error message

Unable to get data from device. Restart kies Air on device and reload page

after doing that just go round in circles. Would appreciate any ideas. Thanks

How about not rebooting the phone? Of course rebooting the phone will reset the connection.

Uninstalled the latest "upgrade" on my phone and now works fine. So much for pre release testing!
