Question strange email/message in the sliding window. A Virus?

Hello

Recently from time to time I'm getting a strange message on the sliding bar. The problem is that it's in Chinese and i don't understand chinese. I'm afraid to open it because i suspect it's a virus.
I attach a screenshot.
Did anybody ever encountered it?

Yes but this is the tasker application forum. A specific application (named TASKER) that has not done this.

Potentially looks like some form of Push advertising, take a look here: Push advertising: notification ads, unwanted shortcuts, browsers redirected.

Download some of the apps there, they should be able to tell you exactly what the app that's causing it is.
