Default does any browser have this feature?

I have tried a number of browsers for both my Optimus V and my Samsung Tab 2. I have yet to find one that offers a button to "close all open tabs".

Personally I find it annoying to open the browser and see a bunch of tabs still open from my prior visit(s). I'd be most interested in a browser which had that kind of button or one that has a settings option saying, "close all tabs on exitting of program".

Maxthon Browser has an exit button that will close all tabs as well.
