What is, in your opinion, the best CALLING & TEXTING (via Wifi) app?

I have Viber, and it used to work just fine BUT lately the calls quality has been failing and doing weird things such as when I just block the screen (so I dont accidentaly turn off the call with my ear), the call ends which doesn't happen with normal calls, or the other person stops hearing me OR hears me all robotized LMAO! and the screen displays "bad connection" messages (when I am ABOUT 5 steps away from the godamn router device -.-) and that sort of things... :'c

Kik doesn't allow calls so no...

Any other REALLY GOOD free app that you advise me?
One you use/have used that doesn't fail on a regular basis nor makes "bad connection"?

Btw, is there any app that does the same (free call/texting) without using Wifi or 3G connection? Just wondering...

The 2 apps I use to use that works pretty good are line 2 and text plus.

Text plus has free text but minutes are needed to be bought.

Line 2 is free for 2 weeks, calls included then a membership is required.
