Project powerpoint/images/PDF

Does anyone know of an app that can project powerpoints/pdfs/images to a web browser like these three iOS apps:

If not... is it possible to write something like this in Android. It seems that Air Projector/Air Sketch effective run a web server on the device, and then viewers constantly poll it for updates (which are sent in the form of images).

You can do this with Google Drive and some of the same types of competitors to that. Basically you create the document and save it to the cloud. You can continue to edit it in the cloud even if you need to. Then someone far away can access the document on the cloud and view it on their web browser.

I have seen some other software that does this as well.

Could it possibly be used to present? So I could have a powerpoint on my device and everyone connected to it on the web can view the same slide i am viewing?
