Moving apps from Internal mem. to Card mem.

Hello guys,
I'm tryin to move apps from internal mem to card mem.I did a root and I downloaded many apps to move them.It supposed to be work well according to a lot of tutorials !! But, Sadly it does not !! what can I do !!

Also you need to partition your memcard.

Download Minitool Partition Wizard. No need for memcard reader. Just USB.

You can convert system apps to user apps using Link2SD. Though be careful. Though the f**k off is that you need sufficient internal memory to move apps to memcard. I've used all my internal memory therefore I can't move a lot of apps to memcard except for new downloads. So annoying!

1-Minitool partition wizard works on PC or mobile ?
2-I tried link2sd and the moving icon are disabled
3-how can I control the new downloaded apps to get in the CARD?
