Is it possible to pull up old internet history after you restore an android phone to factory settings?

Welcome to the forums.

I don't think that this is possible, unless you made a copy of the history file before the factory reset.

I don't know of any app that does this, most of the apps that I've seen are history erasers. You would have to save it manually.

I'm not sure where the default browser stores its history at.
