Default Password manager application that has a notification whenever you are filling a form?

I'm looking for a password manager app that shows a notification whenever it detects a form to be filled (in the browser or in an app) and clicking that notification copies the username or password to the clipboard so I can post it in the form fields. I would only have to type in my password once for this app and I would remain authenticated for a length of time that I specify.

LastPass and KeePassDroid are both good password managers, but the feature I really want is the notification that allows me to copy the credentials without explicitly opening the app. Does anything like this exist?
