Default Storage Widget which actually works on the S3 with external SD ?

I downloaded a lot of storage widgets now and without exception, they display two values, internal storage and internal SD - which obviously are the same. And all of them refuse to check the external SD ..

Anyone got any idea ?

The pre installed one on the s3 works. Long press the middle home button then click the left icon then at the top of the screen scroll to storage and click it. It will show system storage first and SD card underneath.
I have an s3 on 3 UK too

Thanks, but like I say - I am looking for a widget

You can also see the free diskspace from within the settings or a fileexplorer, but I want to avoid having to go into an app before I fire up my FTP client to see if I got enough storage for xyz.

Have you tried the Samsung one from Samsung apps, not the play store. It displays that same information as an actual widget. I think its called application monitor, not sure but its definitely on their website.

Unfortunately it only displays the number of current running applications.
