Default Facebook calendar events displaying on my Note2

Using my Note2, somehow, all of a sudden Facebook friend's bdays and calendar events are displaying on my calendar.

1. Is there a way to choose which friend's bdays or events display on my calendar, or is the only option to show all of them?

2. How is the option to enable/disable this in my calendar done?

My device is a Nexus, so it doesn't have deep Facebook integration; I mention that to say that I'm going from memory on this one.

If you go into the SETTINGS for your device, there should be a tab for ACCOUNTS, which should include both Facebook, Google, and anything other number of things. If you select the Facebook option, you'll see what you can toggle from there, if anything. You can always try removing the account, and syncing through the Facebook app. Bear in mind, these tend to be all or nothing propositions, so you may lose more than just birthdays in your calendars (like photos for caller ID). Restoring the account would restore everything lost by removing the account, if you decide you have buyer's remorse.
Please hit the "like" button if I've helped.
