Default how to check cpu% for background services in android

Hi,

Am working on android testing.. can any one tell how to get the cpu% consumed by the services that are running in android.. is there any adb shell command to know that..

The CPU usage notification on Watchdog is very helpful. I have it set to put up a Notification when any app or process exceeds 40% CPU utilization.
