Default Default Accuweather Widget Clock Glitch

I have the S3 and use the default AccuWeather Widget that came with the phone. The time is not correct in the large font, but the little clock in the lower corner of the widget is correct. Also the clock is correct in the status line.
I have included a screen shot of the problem. I currently have the clock set on manual mode, as otherwise the lock screen time is incorrect and the large font in the AccuWeather is correct. I have looked at the clock, time zones, everything I could find, but no relief.
One thought - I am in Amman, Jordan and they were supposed to use daylight savings time, but at the last minute decided not to. They are still on standard time.
Help!!
