I'm not a fan of ROM Manager, but did you not try the free version first?

Yes I started with the free version. However, I've been using the Pro version for 4 months on this phone with no problems.
I'm about to put the phone back to the stock unrooted ROM and take the phone on on a warranty claim to see if I can get it replaced. The if the new phone is already upgraded to Jelly Bean I might just leave it stock. Right now I can't see any advantages to rooting a phone with a Stock Jelly Bean Rom anyway.
