Default Amazon Mobile

I downloaded and installed Amazon Mobile, but it does not appear in the apps list (DroidX phone). If I go to the Market app and search, I can open it from there, but can't figure out how to get it in the app list (so I can put it on the home screen). Any ideas? Thanks! ...Steve

Had you also a look on the widgets?

Or use ES File Explorer for a work around
Open ES, tap on AppManager, choose Amazon Mobile, press long on it and at the pop up menu choose Shortcut ... voila, the app icon will be on your home screen.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling.

Also try Settings > Apps to make sure it is there.

Also check your app list. Amazon (as in the mobile app portal to amazon.com) should be in the "A" section of your apps. But Amazon also makes over a dozen apps. And Amazon Kindle would be found under "K", etc.
