Android App Compatibility

Hi Folks,

I sometimes wonder if there could be compatibility issues between apps. In other words, you take two perfectly good apps, instal them both on the same device and then run into problems. Do apps run totally independent of each other? That is, unless they are designed to work together, e.g. Backitude and Google Maps.

Thoughts?
