Uh, you can make a note pad of one. Or you can sign up on IMDB and you can mark the movies you've seen as "I've seen this".

You may need to be clearer in what you are looking to do. I am guessing that you want an app with a list of movies that you are interested in seeing so you can mark off whatever you have seen as you watch them, so the next time your looking for something to watch you can remember what you have already seen.

To that extent, no, I'm not aware of an app that does this specifically for movies. However pretty any to-do list app would let you create a list of movies that you can check off as you watch.
