Samsung Galaxy Ace photo upload problem

Hi
New to the forum but need some advice re upload of photos.
I have a samsung galaxy ace and want to upload photos to Snapfish so can order prints.
Problem is the photos look fine on screen but when I received the prints back they were all blurred. Think it's prob with resolution but not sure what to do...does resolution need to be higher or lower and does this mean can't do anything about the photos I've already taken and uploaded?
Any help appreciated.
