Default How do I stop the Facebook app from prompting me to add contacts?

Every now and then when I open the Facebook app, it pops up a window asking me to add contacts. I always select "Not Now", but it never makes it go away permanently. I emailed Facebook about this a week ago (android-support@fb.com) but no reply. I even said I would uninstall the app if I can't turn it off.

How do I permanently disable this? I remember this popped up on previous versions but selecting "No" or whatever would cancel it permanently. Since I factory reset my phone (for other reasons), it won't go away. It's like the new install just doesn't care what I select, and they won't stop bugging me until I let it search my contacts for Facebook friends.

I had the same problem with this application, however... After following through with the steps, I haven't gotten anymore annoying popup since. Note: After finding friends, you don't have to add or invite them...just backout or cancel (whichever).

Edit: Uninstall//reinstall the FB app prior to begin.
I hope this helps!
