Time Shift Camera App?

Is there any good time shift camera apps for Android yet?

I'd like to try something similar to what Blackberry's got with their camera - that's literally the only thing I'm jealous about.

The only thing I could find was this: link. Although I'm not sure of it because there are no reviews and I the maker hasn't come out with any other apps.

Also, what are the best alternative camera apps for android? I've tried a few like CameraJB, Pudding, Camera Zoom, Vignette, FX Camera, and a few others, but I didn't really think they were that great.
