Default Private free recording app for my S3?

Hey everyone,

I don't know if there any such apps for free, but may someone recommend me one for free if there are any?

I am looking for a free private recording app to record people what they are saying without everyone knowing about it? Kind of like in the movie of Donnie Brasco, but instead I'll be using my Galaxy S3, and not using a hidden device on me where my phone would be the device and no one would guess at it because they would never think I'm recording anyone.

Thank you,

Recording the conversation without the other person knowing is illegal in many states.

For that reason, most phones have this disabled. You'll likely need root and a custom kernel, along with a paid only app usually

I do have a root with a custom kernel. What apps could you recommend?

Those are good.

The next step is going to be verifying that the kernel supports 2way call recording.

You may have to contact the dev to find out, but it'll usually say in the features list or changwlog if it does.
