import list into call master?

Has anyone performed this function? If so, what was the format of the list?

Text file?
numbers have to be in a specific format?

I have a couple large list's via Google voice that I would like to import into Call master. Sometimes people get through or past my voice number.

My home phone is easy, works off a white list only. Google voice is the only number I give out... But, it has happened that my actual phone number has been pinged.
