Talking HTC Magic/myTouch3G "Work Email" Exchange ActiveSync app for G1 available!

Thanks to the rockstars at xda-developers, now everyone can use the "Work Email" application from the myTouch3G on any android based phone!

I have hosted the file and made it easy for everyone to download from their android web browsers:
Exchange ActiveSync on your G1! NEXEO.NET

Now to wait anxiously for visual voicemail!

Good work guys. It was the only thing missing from my Magic and now it's complete.

I've used Exchange apps on WinMo & iTouch and this matches them all.

Yeah, it's good enough for me. I've tried Touchdown, and while it did have more features than this app, I didn't really want to spend $25 so I could have work e-mail on my phone.

I was kind of on the fence about even wanting work e-mail on my phone at all, but it comes in handy sometimes.

Does the exchange client work over 3G? I can't use wifi at my office because we use LEAP. I suppose I could setup my own little wifi off a wired connection but IT wouldn't like that much.
