Default change size of app icon

Hi all,
Quick question. I have a few apps where I'd like to make the app icon on my home screen larger. Basically to make it easier to find and push. I don't want all of the icons larger though.

I can resize my widgets, but if I try to edit just an icon, I can only change the name and image.

I'm rooted (atrix 4g) so I could access the icon png file, but still a bit of a noob, so not sure what to do from there. I also have Photoshop,if that helps.

Any tips would be appreciated.
Thx

You could install GO Launcher. It enables you to Resize Widgets, App Icons or anything on your homescreen, as well as make it look fantastic.

Try what Spikey said about using Go Launcher that should work. Since you're rooted there might be a ROM that might enable that, but Go Launcher sounds like a better idea.
