Default The easy way to make apps.

Well, not easy, but EASIER!

Eclipse is daunting to me and Java is annoying. Have your programmers go here: Basic4android (Basic for Android) - Rapid Application Development
License is $100 but you can try it out first. I downloaded the trial and bought the full version the next day.

They can have a app started in minutes. Each new thing such as adding ads and other program features can be found in the documentation or on their forum: Android Development Forum - Basic4android

I wrote all of my 30 apps in Basic 4 Android and I have made more then $4000 coding apps: https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=latch

You can set up a Developer account here I believe: https://play.google.com/apps/publish/
It costs $25.

I don't get anything for saying I use B4A, but one of my apps is featured on their showcase(vBonsai) and that idea started right here on AF!

Basic4Android is really optimized for fast app-development. There is a great community and a lot of "easy to understand" examples. Download the trial version and have a look at the tutorials and the examples and you will agree.

I'm not a developer and haven't tried that. But given the title, I'll mention that tasker is another way to easily create apps. Once you get them working in your phone, export to an apk using app factory. Tasker is two bucks, app factory is free.
