Data Count

Is there an app to tell you (or is there something in Android) which tells you how much data you have downloaded in a given period of time?

My data plan says its unlimited, but no so in the small print, i want to see roughly how much i download.

Which carrier do yo use?

Usuaully it has that in the control panel

i am in the UK and o2.

Where abouts in the control panel does it show data useage?

You can use netcounter, its in the market.
