Default Would like to use RadarScope app to share screenshots via messages

I have an app (RadarScope) that I would like to use to share screenshots of radar images via text message. The app has a built in screenshot capability but my HTC One does not list the ability to share via "message."

The developer tells me that the operating system controls what apps can and can't do. Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks!!!

Why not take the screenshot using the phones screen shot feature?

I can do that but it would save a couple of steps if I could do it from within the app.

This may sound silly, but, it's worth mentioning:

When the list pops-up for sharing, have you tried to scroll on the list to see if there are more sharing options?
The reason I mention it is that I've overlooked this on the ONE, as the list that pops-up looks quite different from other phones I've had, which didn't require scrolling to see all the sharing options.

The only other option that comes to mind is to look for a similar app that will show up in the sharing options, then, contact the developer of RADAR SCOPE & present the results, hoping that the same can be incorporated into it.
