Looking for an image editing app that uses a sized real time pencil to edit. Have to use that to fix red-eye on cats. Cats can have slitted pupils so the red eye circles for people don't work.

Is there a photo app that uses bezier curves with a pencil or pen?

I don't need frames, stickers, goo, or any other stuff like that. Most programs seem to be full of that stuff. I hate having a load of extra junk I don't want.

Looked at it - someone asked for the ellipse feature - how often do they improve or update?

Once that is added, I can use it. Red Eye fix has trouble with animals due to color and shape of pupil. Even in Photoshop, I wind up coloring the pupil. I have 2 "devil-eyed" Siamese.
