Last time I checked if you set your default browser to say Dolphin Browser it caused some issues with updates of apps and the market. Does anyone know if this has been addressed or if setting your default browser to a 3rd party still creates update issues with other apps?

What issues, can you explain? I am not having any issues with updates and my browser is Dolphin HD.

Is there maybe a problem I am not aware of?

I've never had issues with Dolphin and market updates either. The original or HD.

There is something about not getting notified of updates or it not checking for updates when you open your downloads list in the market whenever you change your default browser away from the native browser. I forget exactly what it was but I know that there's a known issue that is caused whenever you change the default browser to something else. It was up until a few months ago when I last checked so I'm just wondering if this has been addressed yet.
