Rebooting means to restart your phone. Switch off and then start again. And also look for the some folder by the name of that game and delete. Sometimes applications make folders and then leave that folder after uninstallation.
If you are rooted, try to wipe dalvik cache.

You have to use a file explorer "ES File Explorer" is good, find these residual files and delete them (you dont have to actually, unless youre short of storage)
Wish i could explain how easier but its one of those things you gota be there kinda thing

Make sure the app doesn't have admin in your security settings.

Try easy stuff 1st.Shut-down the phone and remove the battery for around 30 seconds and put it back in and then re-boot?

Some apps have to be stopped before they can be properly un-installed so you may have to re-install the app and check it's help file.

I use the free,"Clean Master" app,
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cleanmaster.mguard&hl=en_GB

very useful for getting rid of old junk and as above ESfile manager/explorer is excellent, again from Google Play store and I wouldn't be without it.I still keep the main file manager installed just in case but just don't use it.
