Default notes/todo program syncing with google?

I'm looking for a good program for notes/todo lists that's properly syncing with gmail calendar/todo list or at least gmail docs or something on the google's cloud

If it has a widget that would simply be great... :>

p.s.
need it to store the notes offline as well, not just online like evernote

I haven't looked at it yet, but I see that there's an app on the Market called SSI gTasks ToDo which syncs with your Google Tasks.

try Memento.
Memento is a personal database that allows you to store all personal data in one place.
Memento can synchronize with Google Spreadsheet.

3banana/snaptic is a decent alternative to Evernote that allows for local storage.

If you put the evernote desktop software on your desktop, your notes will be synced there as well, not just online.
If you still want to use Google docs, there is a Google Docs widget called GDocs that has (slow) 2-way syncing between the phone widget and your Google Docs account.
