NoLED will. Just set it's audio reminders. You can turn off the screen reminders and set it to audio only.

You can set NoLed to vibrate only, and it will work for any app that puts a notification in the notifications bar.

Light Flow in the Play Store. Complete control over your LED, audio alerts and vibration notifications. IF, how, how often, when, etc.
