Default HTC Evo - Disabling the "Screen Locked" sliding bar

I would like to completely disable the "Screen Locked" sliding bar that appears everytime the t
phone is turned on.

Does anyone know?

I use an app called "No Lock". This works perfect for me!

No Lock in the app catalog.

edit: if only i used "quotation marks" instead of fancy italics, i woulda been first.
