I discovered sketch online beta last night, it's pretty cool:
Basically you join a "room" which has up to 10 people, there's a little IM chat thing at the bottom, and people take turns sketching a picture of a given word e.g. mountain, or lamp. Then people guess what it is via the chat window, if you get the right word your phone vibrates and you get points. It's good fun.
The other one if have is project imf which is a birds-eye view deathmatch game. My one complaint is that when you move your own character, it doesnt animate, it just pops to where you want him to go, but other player's characters walk normally. But you get over that, and it's quite good then.
Does anyone here know of any other games that are multiplayer online where you can search for your friends online? Like the ones that were mentioned above is there anyway to search them in order to go into their room?

Gang Wars, but i havent tried it so no idea what its like.
Nothing beats Sketch Online if you want to kill time at work (like me lol) or before bed.
You can meet friends, have fun and talk or play a game. Very fun and socially active.
I've been playing Cestos the past couple days. It's nice time waster.
Does anyone know if it's possible to play without using the D-pad to click when you're finished making your move? I'd like to play on my Droid without having to have the physical keyboard showing.

Cestos doesn't seem to work fully on the Droid. Just got done trying it out, and the poor souls I played had to wait for the timer bar to expire. Tap the scroll or whatever, doesn't function on the Droid.

Shaggy, this was something I discovered on my own. The equivalent of the "scroll ball" on the Droid is the center button(gold) of the navigation keys on the keyboard. So i know it sucks, but until they update it, you can do that to end your turn.
Cestos is an excellent game, to me almost perfect.
The only improvment I could think of would be to allow for users to customise unit performance as well as avatar looks but that might come in time - who knows.
The latest version of parallel kingdom comes out at midnight tonight (I don't know what timezone though.) so that ought to be good.
I have noticed WIFI Army looks like a good game, I have to update my ROM before I go downloading all the apps I really want.
If I find any more awesome ones (free only of course) I'll be sure to post.
I got an error with Parallel Kingdom where if I reboot the phone it renames itself to Berries and then I can't play because it force closes on me. Anyone else with similar issues?

I am one of the devs with Parallel Kingdom and I just happened to come across your post. We have two other reports of this but they are both on the HTC Hero. Which device are you using?

Other than these couple of reports though I can say that the launch of Parallel Kingdom - Age of Emergence has gone pretty smoothly for most Android users. And most of our player feedback has been extremely positive

I recommend this one. I dunno if it's just the Droid or they improved the game, but it doesn't do that anymore. You see you character run around. They've also added Capture The Flag.
The damn scouts gas or whatever grenades are annoying though.
You level up by killing other players. Every other level you get +1 point to put into speed/range/damage/armor/regen, every now and then you'll unlock a special ability, use those in battle to get an edge.
You can also buy items, like medical packs, armor/damage/speed boosts perm or temp.
If you play CTF you'll get money faster as the whole team gets money for flag captures and stuff. But DM usually results in more exp since it's faster paced and just killing.

I have only tried PK. I think it is a good game just too time consuming. I would like something I can play for a few minutes and feel like I got somewhere. Also there are a few things that are way to tedious for game play. I feel this is the best game out there though and would recommend anyone with a compatible phone to try it out.

Yeah, I've been playing CTF a lot lately. The game definitely has a lot of potential. Wish there were more options to what we could spend money on. My Marine is sitting on like 40-50K.

the chess app from Free Internet Chess Server (FICS) is pretty sick...it connects you to the FICS server, and lets you play people across any platform (iphone users, pc users, windows mobile users...etc) pretty good if you like chess. It also keeps your rating.

Just found it on the App Store, its called "Chess Player" and is made my "jwtc" - it's free and have just installed it. According to comments its good but has some bugs on android at the moment like flipping the screen DC's you from matchs.
Here you can read reviews of a few multiplayer games for android, some games are mentioned here, like cestos 2 and iron dots online, which are my favorites.

Deimos - Fast-paced, 16-player 2D space shooter. Awesome game.
This doesn't seem to run right on my droid Incredible, Always says no ones online anyone else getting this? Makes me sad I love these kings of games, if anyone knoes of anymore like this (even singleplayer) please pm or let me know
also just to add my 2 cents cestos 2 is pretty good, someone mentioned robo defense though and I'm not seeing a multiplayer function
