hello...
Erm... I bought this games and i love it..
however, I got stuck at the sealed ruins...
can anyone help me...
The door is locked.. and i have no idea how to open it...
Thank you so much
can anyone tell me why....?!
I don't remember the specifics of that dungeon, but one tip I will give you for this game is that it is very like these types of games to have secret pathways through the dark walls that may lead to secret treasure chests. That door may have locked, but it is possible there is a switch elsewhere, maybe through one of those pathways, or they may lead around the door to get that chest. I'm sorry I cannot help further, but it has been a few weeks and many other android rpg's since I have played this game I will probably go through it again with the new game plus, but not for a bit.
Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum and I joined specifically for this rpg. I know there isn't a walkthrough but I'm having trouble with moving forward because I tapped through some quest instructions without reading them (distracted by my nephew). Now I'm suck because I don't know where to go from where I am. I believe I had just finished giving the elves in lincashe village the medicine. Does anyone recall where I should go from there? I feel like I've tried everything and I'm getting nowhere. I'm on level 30 if that information helps. Thanks in advance.
Hi, i stuck here too, do u have any idea for this.
Thanks in advance
@pinklina, i found this tip from other web and it works. Move around the gate with action key, try 4-5 times
But now i stuck at heaven gate, could not find switch.
So i've been playing the game about 3-4 hours now, and am loving it. I noticed that I can only make the same gear as available to buy but making it costs more than just buying the item. Is there a benefit to 'crafting' the equipment as opposed to just buying it? They need to make more games like this one!

Generally, crafting weapons allows you to to add more merit points to a piece of equipment and you can choose how you wish to allocate the merit points. Later in the game, some weapons can only be crafted and you will require certain materials in addition to money in order to craft that particular item.
I too am stuck in the Sword of Heaven in the upper world and the door is locked. I wonder if I haven't spoken to someone somewhere? These old-style rpg's, sometimes you gotta talk to someone to activate a door. I went over the entire ruins systematically and I killed every monster and got every treasure and checked every wall -- I'm going to go check the walls for switches....
What I thought was a wall was a stairway -- at the upper left and right screens in the Sword of Heaven, you have to battle bosses to open up the door. Duh -- I don't know how I missed them.
I beat the game and now I'm trying to do the sealed doors. there's two bosses I can't keep seem to beat. one is near the dwarfs and the other is in the sky. what are some recommended strategies for these guys. also my characters are level 60. do I need to level them higher? thanks for any help.

I'm also doing the seales doors atm, but there seems to be none that I'm missing. I've done the following:
1. Underwater cave 1 (easy, just use strong attacks and break)
2. Underwater cave 2 (easy, just use strong attacks and break)
3. Underwater cave 3 (easy, just use strong attacks and break)
4. Island ice cave (easy, just use strong attacks and break)
5. Small island covered with 3 tiles of forest (buy ~20 strong weed killers, they do 25k each and boss recovers 60k HP every round, he will die in about 5 rounds)
These 5 bosses gives you the materials for the +5 to all merit point accessory.
6. Cave near the dwarven city (this boss has instant death attacks, buy accessories to protect you from it. He also has a nasty mana drain, so stock up in mana regen items)
7. Sky cave (boss has lots of state altering attacks, place a lot of merit points on resistance)
These 2 bosses gives you 1 accessory each, one that gives 1,5 times gold reward after fights, and one that gives 1,5 times TP after fights. (actually you get the 1,5x gold accessory in the dwarven dungeon itself, the boss only gives you a material for crafting).
Edit: Found the last boss on a small island covered with 3 tiles of forest. This gave me the sapphire and I have now completed all sealed dungeons and crafted the +5 to all merit points accessory.

I managed to defeat enough of the sealed door bosses to craft that special ring but I'm still having trouble with the sky boss. also, are you sure there's four underwater sealed doors because I only managed to find 3.

I don't see any stairways. There are only two scenes in Sword of Heaven right? I am in the upper scene, and there is a closed door...with no stairway in sight? This is before the final battle with Grazard...i'm assuming?

What is the yellow bar at the bottom of the combat screen?
Can't figure out what the yellow bar at the bottom of the combat screen is. The percentage goes up various amounts after combat but I can't tell if it's a good thing or some kind of damage/bad thing that needs to be soothed/healed/etc. It gets to 100% and turns red, which would seem to be a bad thing, because other things turn red when they are bad/low.
Really fun game! Too bad it looks and feels like it was coded for like android 1.6 or something. As someone mentioned, the travelling part can be tedious and not ideal to navigate because it's jjst too small.
I know that you have to beat the game in order to open them. I have, but still can't open them. My characters are at lvl 70 or so. Do I have to wait til a certain time or is there something I'm not doing.

It's a break bar. When it's full, there will be a break button at the top right. Push it and I'm sure you can figure out what it does.
Does anyone Know how to equip more then one tablet? It would Help if my Characters could do more.. they each have like one Special attack each, and I struggle against these bosses, I just beat the Wind dragon for his spirit

I am stuck here as well. I think you have to take the airship over the water to get there, but I can't figure out how to get get into the airship. If I Memory Quartz to a town, the airship is outside the town, but I don't know how to get into it. Help, any one?

If you land the airship on the water it turns into a submarine, then the map tells you where to go next.
This is the "break" bar. If you have ever played final fantasy or something similar, its like the limit break bar that builds up as you attack or get damaged. When it gets to 100% the "break" bar turns on in the top right of your screen after you have selected that turn of actions. If you tap that you are able to select whoever has the full bar and whatever action you have chosen immediately happens first no matter the speed of your character, if it happens to be an attack it will crit (i believe 100% chance of crit) and it is awesome I use this frequently with my slow character which usually is a very powerful one, so that they can do lots of damage quickly, or I will use this in emergency situations with heal so that the heal is first and at maximum power! (awesome with healing wind)
My first post so i can't quote someone... anyway I have the same problem as RPGLover above... I went to get the herbs from the mountain for Lincash Village, now the villagers are saved and I don't know where to go next. A couple villagers say the cave needs to be sealed off so I may try going through there again. Any suggestions?

How do you get the airship to land on the water? When I memory quartz to a town, the airship is outside of the town, but otherwise I don't know how to get it to move.

I just did some more looking and when you're in the "world" (not in a town or dungeon) and click the "Map" button on the top right it opens the bigger world map which shows you the next location you need to go to. Solved my problem in my previous post.
Hey, can somebody tell me how to defeat/get past Ruland, he keeps killing my team and I still haven't figured out how to kill him. Greatly appreciated if someone answers! Please and thank you
I beat the game already too, and I have no darn clue how to get into the sealed caves =/
EDIT: Okay, that was really ******ed of me. Figured out how to get to the sealed caves after beating the game twice. Was just a misreading on my part >_>. You don't start a new game using the save to get to the sealed caves. You resume from that point, and then you walk/warp out. You will then that you have the necessary items to go in. Kind of stupid how you just can't go in after you start from the save.

Try using the amulets that prevent instant death, if that's your problem.

It looks like I have run out of towns to purchase new weapons/armor. However, the dwarves are now crafting weapons and armor which require ore. Currently, I have 6 silver ores, enough to make weapons and armor for everyone. I have just completed the ruins to get the submarine parts.
So my questions are:
1. Should I make weapons and armor now, and use up the silver? Or should I wait and save the silver for something later?
2. If I should use the silver, there are 2 options for weapons. One has higher stats, the other is effective against undead. I kinda figure this is a clue that there are legions of undead in my future. Should I craft these, or just go for the higher stat items.
3. Similarly, there are two choices for armor. One with higher stats and one with protection from status ailments. Typically, I'll just wear whatever necklace is necessary for protection when facing a boss who throws ailments. But it would be nice to free up that item slot. Is the status protection worth it, or should I go with higher stat armors?
4. Is there are way to steal more silver ores? Or are they only found in chests?
5. What other ores should I be looking for in the future, and are there specific monsters to steal them from?
6. Is there a way to turn off specific "status boosts"? For instance, I'm scared to advance Kreiss's Paladin tablet, because the 3% MP drain per turn in exchange for increased defense sounds like it would suck hardcore.
Many, many thanks in advance!

I can't find these? Where are you seeing the stairways to the bosses? I've combed the tops of all the screens and can't find the stairways. All I find is a locked door that says that there must be a switch somewhere. Please help!

You'll get better options in a bit using other materials. There is no point in saving them.

This is up to you. Is there a reason why you need more merit points? If so, take the item with the higher stats. The undead thing does help, and imo, probably returns more than merit points.

That depends on how you accessorize and use your merit points. Some rings are awesome, like increase break points, increase critical strike rate on everything, increase critical strike on magic, elemental damage, etc. I prefer using those rather than status ailment prevention, so I go with protection on my armor. The extra defense isn't too noticeable anyway, as you'll be spamming heal every round or every other round.
4. Is there are way to steal more silver ores? Or are they only found in chests?
Don't remember. They're not that useful anyway. Get what gear you like, and leave the rest.
5. What other ores should I be looking for in the future, and are there specific monsters to steal them from?
The end all for normal non-special is orihalcon. I think mithril is the one before that. I didn't try to steal from everything (small monsters), but most monsters do carry those ores every now and then.
6. Is there a way to turn off specific "status boosts"? For instance, I'm scared to advance Kreiss's Paladin tablet, because the 3% MP drain per turn in exchange for increased defense sounds like it would suck hardcore.
This is a stance. You only activate it when you need it. It's not on all the time.
@Keyser: One/two maps to the left and right, then straight up until you hit the boss.
