Okay so this may sounds very ridiculous but, I had the most perfect version of solitaire installed on my Droid. I went to play it and it was missing from my applications, it was not listed under widgets, nor could I find it on my Droid anywhere.

I have no recollection of where I downloaded it, or if it was even in the market. I have no idea where to find it again, but I have literally installed every other form of Solitaire there is and they are nothing like the one I had found.

I can descibe the one I found:

It was highly evolved Solitaire, the best graphics I have seen so far.
It had completely customizable settings (which you picked from many lists of backgrounds, cards ect...)

It had beautiful background graphics and card images, different colors styles ect.

The stacks could easily be chosen to move whole row, slide up from one to all cards in row (with the touch controls) and has a very neat opening page.

Here is the problem, I am not sure with so many ppl "playing" with my new droid, if it was accidently UNINSTALLED, but none the less is still no where to be found.
My husband actually played it too and he LOVED it compared to the cheesy pc like versions, or the wannabe versions that were cheaply (visually, and user wise) made.

But no one knows if they uninstalled it.

So part 2 of my question, how would you know if it was uninstalled when it does not show up on the download section of market, and where to find it again if you have searched the android market on phone for hours, days eternity so far trying to retrace steps of finding it originally?

This WAS/IS the best Solitaire EVER EVER and I cant find it.

It was not a paid app that I can recall... *sigh* I am so lost, but if anyone can just locate this PERFECT VERSION OF SOLITAIRE, I would so be thankful and return the favor if I am able. (Once I get this Droid down)

I don't know which game you lost, but Solitaire MegaPack is OUTSTANDING and it is cheap (I think I bought it for $1).

The only Solitaire app I have is Solitaire by ZenTech Labs. It has has customizable backgrounds, etc but is not as good as the one you described. Now you have me wanting the best of the best. Darn you. I was just happy with this simple version of Solitaire but nooooooo you had to tell me there's something amazing out there! Lol.

I'll keep an eye out for a Solitaire app that you described and let you know if I find anything!

So I just did some looking around on the web and the MarketPlace. Most of the ones that had lots of features are paid apps. Here's a few I found:

• Astraware Solitaire ($1.99)
• Solitaire MegaPack ($1.99)
• Klondike Solitaire (free)

I think that Klondike Solitaire might be the one you had? Let me know!

Just looking through the store and comparing features and ratings, I'd say it's probably Softick Ltd.'s "Klondike Solitaire" (mentioned below). It seems to have all the features you mentioned, it's free, it has far and away the most downloads (>250,000), the most reviews (12,000+) and the highest avg.rating/review ratio - 4.25

Tried it out just now; *very* nice looking - full-screen landscape on my NookColor; highly customizable (all kinds of "helpers" (i.e. cheats ); can use images from device's gallery for background and card backs.

This is the Solitaire that I use. Sounds similar to what the OP described. Personally I think it's the best.

Have a free one. works fine. Don't know about being "customizeable" but when it comes down to it all it has to have is 52 cards

I also have been looking for the "right" Solitaire and it is very possible the app you are missing is: Solitaire Free Pack by Tesseract Mobile. The graphics are amazing! Great options and great variety!

Thankfully, I still have my iPhone with MobilityWare's Solitaire version. From what I've seen of the available solitaire games on the Market, I'm extremely disapointed with ALL of them. What a load of crap.

softick also has Arena which has 20 solitaire games
Softick Solitaires Arena is a set of the 20 famous card games, specially designed and optimized for Android, unlike many other ported Java games.

edit: ahhh this game is not on any market because it uses its own in app system. Google just released in app purchasing so we should expect to see a lot of stuff soon!

This sounds a lot like Aces Solitaire Pack 2, lots of backgrounds, options, etc. There is a free version and a paid premium version as well.

Hello everyone, I'm new here.

I like solitaires and programming, so I decided to develop a collection of solitaire games for android devices.
A month ago I released the first version of my game (Lite version) and now I have released the second Lite version and the first Deluxe version (without ads and with more games than the free version).

Seeing that you like solitaires, I invite you to try my "Solitaire Collection Lite". I think it has very good gameplay, good graphics .... It's still in development and will incorporate new features and more and more games.

I would like to know your opinion to further improve the game in future versions.

Try Solitaire Ultra, it's the best free one I've played so far and I reckon I must've downloaded them all!
