It's due to the specs of your mobile i'm afraid. The screen size is a bit different than what the standard is nowadays. But you can always try to contact the devs to see if it's maybe by mistake

It also only has a 600 MHz processor and not much RAM, which most likely won't be able to run many high end android games. I'm not sure if you can upgrade to a better phone, but that would be the only viable option to play some of these games.

Of course it is bettery. WAAAAY better. The Galaxy Mini AFAIK doesnt have GPU even. The Galaxy S in fact is one of the best single core devices out there. Its got a 1Ghz CPU, 512 MB RAM, and a PowerVR540 graphics processor. Basically, everything about is at least twice as good as the Galaxy Mini.

The Galaxy Mini has a low density display. Generally speaking, you will not find many complex games that will work on low density display - even getting something like Pirate and Traders (which is - graphically - a rather simple game) working on low density displays was a bit of a pain.

Galaxy S has a HDPI display, which is what most high end games are targetted at.
