Beware: Traffic Jam Free
Since it was very difficult for me to figure this out, I just wanted to give everyone a heads up about Traffic Jam Free.

Apparently, in the most recent update, they've inserted code from Leadbolt that will spam your notification bar with ads, even when Traffic Jam Free isn't loading.
I know other people have seem similar things with Airpush ads. There's even an airpush detector in the market, but now it looks like another company is doing this as well.
If you have Traffic Jam Free, I'd suggest uninstalling immediately and giving a 1 star review with a negative comment.
That's going to be the best way to stop other devs from going this route.
