My whole family has been enjoying this game for the past week. There are three Android devices in the house (tablet and two phones) and one (icky) iPhone. The game updated three times today, and now none of the Android devices can recover the game. I'm pretty choked, and my kids are really upset. When you set up the game, you can enter your email address so that you can recover the game, but none of us received the email confirmation, so none of us can recover our games.

I suspect it is only a matter of time before the iPhone loses the profile that has been used on it......

There are loads of unhappy people on their Facebook page too

I doubt they'll ever be able to recover EVERYONE'S lost accounts. Thinking about starting fresh, but I don't want to do it if I'm still not able to receive the confirmation email.
