I purchased some fish bucks for Tap Fish at discount and never received them. I emailed the company twice. My card was charged. If Gameview Studios doesn't get back to me and put the fb into my game, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Many people are having these issues and getting totally ripped off. Fight back. A few dollars might only be a few dollars, but they are stealing from you. If it is a technical issue, then they should not be charging you anything for fish bucks until they get everything worked out. I will be posting this to other consumer complaint sites as well. Gameview Studios did not acknowledge when my emails were sent with an automatic reply. They should be telling me something like "we have received your message and will reply in x number of days. Thank you for your patience." So as far as I know, my emails are just floating out there in cyberspace. Why don't they have departments dedicated to this issue? Gameview Studios should provide a complaint form on their web site so consumers can select from drop down boxes and write in additional information about the problems they are experiencing with their games.

But in the mean time, here's something to make you feel better about your loss:

Free coins and fish bucks:

1) download the app 'gameCIH2' from the market, or simply google the name and download the apk file (make sure unknown sources is enabled on your device settings!) 2) open gameCIH2. 3) click gameCIH2's hot key option, and press volume down on your phone or tablet. 4) open up TapFish, leaving gameCIH2 open. 5) once TapFish is loaded, press your volume down button to open GameCIH2's interface. 6) select the 'input name' option and enter 'gameBucks'. 7) select the title next to the open lock icon that reads 'gameBucks: (your current Fishbucks value)' and change the value to your desired amount.

For coins, repeat the same process, but instead of entering 'gameBucks' enter 'gameCoins'.
